In May 2020, JPCR launched a qualitative-‘co-creation’ research to inspire brands after COVID-19.

In October 2020, we updated this research with 120 Belgian consumers, in this ‘new normal’ period.

Themes:

  • How they experienced this ‘COVID-19’ period, how they feel now in this ‘new normal’
  • The brands/companies which positively stood out in this period (since stage 1)
  • Their expectations and messages for brands/companies (+ evolution since stage 1)
